Corn Island is a Nicaraguan city of the Autonomous Region of the Southern Caribbean Coast ( RACCS ) , consists of two islands located about 70 km east or off the Caribbean coast of Nicaragua , which have a total area of approximately 12.9 km² and they constitute one of the 12 municipalities of the RACCS . Islands Corn Island are formed by Great Corn Island , often also simply called Corn Island about 10 km², and Little Corn Island, just 2.9 square kilometers.
